Healers at Home.

Growth Manager

Healers at Home was an at-home healthcare startup offering nursing, yoga, and physiotherapy services. The company partnered with certified professionals, ran background and license checks, and matched them to customers for home visits and corporate wellness. This was my first role after graduating from IIT Delhi. I hired 24 home nurses, managed a team of six, and built the sales process: scripts, objection handling, and channel-level tracking. I audited 11+ marketing channels, reworked the messaging on the top three (Facebook, WhatsApp, website) using competitor benchmarks, and automated monthly bookkeeping with Excel macros. Monthly bookings grew 30%. Revenue grew 15%. Bookkeeping time dropped 30%. All in four months.

First Full-Time Role

My first job out of IIT Delhi. I took on growth and operations in a fast-moving healthcare startup and had numbers to show for it inside four months.

Core Responsibility

Drive customer growth and operational efficiency across healthcare verticals, from physiotherapy to nursing care, while building systems that could keep up with fast expansion.

No-Show Rate Reduction

Automated reminders and optimized scheduling workflows cut patient no-shows from 23% to 8% across 12 facilities in under five months.

Approach & Methods

Following the Numbers

I tracked acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion for each vertical and channel, and used that to decide where the money and effort went.

Automation Mindset

The 30% cut in bookkeeping time came from going through the repetitive tasks one by one and automating them. That habit stuck with me in every role since.

Growth in Healthcare

In healthcare you can't chase growth at the cost of service quality, because one bad visit loses the trust you were growing. I optimized for growth that didn't cut corners.

Key Learnings

Healers at Home was where I found my footing in growth and operations. In 4 months, I learned that the work with the most impact usually sits where strategy meets execution. I also learned that in a services business, every operational improvement shows up directly in the customer experience. Doing things efficiently and doing them well are not at odds.
